I just made a wonderful pumpkin cake using sourdough starter. Got the recipe over at Wild Yeasts' "Yeast Spotting" for this week. It is lighter texture than my old pumpkin bread recipe with just the right amount of spices. What a wonderful way to welcome fall! Head over there for the recipe!
