Hello. To breads by way of tapas??
Thanks floydm for coming up with such a great site for artisan bread making. I stumbled upon TFL trying to find a nice rustic bread recipe. I recently got hold of Jose Andres' Tapas: A Taste of Spain in America and he strongly recommends finding a great rustic bread to pair with tapas. And the online crumbs on Google led me to the TFL. (Was also wondering what else I could do with that baking stone I got besides pizza and cookies)
While I believe that great bread should be good by itself, I'd like to get people's ideas on which bread they think goes best with what food/drink. In the meantime, I can't decide which I'm going to try out first--Jose Andres' tapas recipes or the artisan breads on TFL--so maybe I'll do both and prepare a candlelit dinner for the wife.
