hello,

I am hoping to make a spelt sourdough pizza base soon. I have found this recipe on the internet 

• 1 cup Spelt flour.


• 25 grams of lard or butter.


• 1/8 teaspoon Celtic sea salt.


• 1/4 cup of sourdough starter [1].


• Water.

Firstly what do people think of this recipe - is there anything I should change or if you have any tips??

Secondly I assume that I can use 1/4 cup dry dough starter.
