I take pictures of my bread all the time. My wife thinks I'm a nut, but doesn't mind the finished product.I received the BBA for Christmas and have been busy every weekend. I finally achieved that speckled finish look on the bread. The crumb was decent, though it appears it could have risen longer before baking. More airy on the top of the loaf than the bottom. Even though this was a three day process, I will make this one again.
