Seder Meal Unleavened Bread
I dabbled on thefreshloaf about a year ago, but now I am finding it to be my go-to source for a lot of stuff . . . so we are doing a Seder meal, and will use traditional matzah for the seder plate and the "ceremony" But I am wondering what I can do (and I am NOT looking for authentic here :-)) for the festive meal in terms of an unleavened bread? I know I can just have matzah crackers if need be, but I would really like to have a softer bread for the meal but still keeping with the tradtion of having it unleavened. Thanks for your help.
