I baked a loaf of Whole Wheat bread yesterday and was very happy with the product!

I just placed an order with KING ARTHUR FLOUR for a 6 qt storage container, a large peel, and a oven stone.  I want to try the "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" method.
