I just joined this site and I wanted to say how cool it is to see a website devoted to bread! I love everything about bread: the smell, the taste, the look, and the feel. It's so delicious and I love seeing and trying all kinds of bread. It's the one food I get excited about when I see it. :)  I could eat it all of the time. I love dipping it in soups, eating it by itself, and in many other way. Whenever I'm out to eat and there's bread, it's like the main course to me. :) My favourite breads are so many. I love pita bread, especially on a sandwhicih. I also love Sourdough bread, French bread, Ciabatta bread, and every other kind out there. I prefer bread with whole weat flour in it, though. The breads I do dislike are the sliced breads you find in a grocery store. That bread to me is not very good at all.  I hope the people here share my passion for delicious bread!
