Just received my copy of "Artisan Breads Every Day [1]", Peter's latest book. I, along with many other TFLers, was a tester. The San Francisco Sourdough, Wild Rice and Onion, Soft Cheese Bread and Chocolate Cinnamon Babka were particular favorites of mine.
