Whole wheat pizza dough with molasses
I enjoy recreating recipes from my favorite restaurants, and I just found out that one of my favorite pizza place (which has the best crust ever) uses molasses and whole wheat flour to make their pizza dough. I've only made basic pizza doughs so am not an expert in that area, so am wondering if anyone out there knows of a recipe or has a suggestion of how I can go about trying to recreate that dough?
