Commercial baking equipment for flat baked pita and pita wrap
Hi,
I'm kinda new here. I'm interested in opening a Pita shop similar to Extreme Pita or Pita Pit here in Asia. I was wondering, what kind of baking equipment do i need? Do i need something like Doyon Oven/Proofer?How about other brands?Basically, i want to serve Pita wraps and Flat-baked pitas. And the restaurant layout is similar to Subway where the oven/proofer is placed just behind the cash counter. Thanks.
