Another Texan here...


I'm new to the forums/site, but have already tried baking last weekend, and have my 2nd attempt in the bowl right now, oiled/covered/rising. I really am enjoying learning about the complexity of something so seemingly simple as bread. I will be asking questions on here...and I hope I don't sound too thick. Thanks for any help/advice!
