I think I recently read, in a post, where you mentioned that you (TFL) receives some sort of credit for purchases made from Amazon if they're done through or originate from TFL.
1. Is this correct? 2. If this is correct, does this credit apply to any/all Amazon purchases or is it limited to certain items? 3. If you can receive credit for any/all purchases done through TFL, then let's say I'm planning on purchasing a new camera. How can I make sure that you get credit from Amazon for that purchase? 4. If you are able to receive credits for any/all Amazon purchases you may want to consider inserting a tab on the home page "Purchases Through TFL" or something to that effect to encourage purchases through TFL and to ensure you recieve credit for these type purchases. I'm certain that everyone on the site would gladly make their purchases through a TFL link to Amazon (or whoever) if they knew you would receive credit for the purchases and knew how to do it.

re: Amazon
1. yes
2. yes also - the percentage is smaller, but it's still a percentage!
3. If you go to Amazon from a link here on TFL, they have some way via funny url data that keeps track of how the person got to their shop.
This has the necessary codes in it - if the search box doesnt work - just click the amazon link there (the logo) and any further browsing will have been marked with the TFL site as the source of the link.
Amazon
Yes, I believe any purchase on Amazon that originates from here TFL will get credit for.
Clicking any one of the bread book covers on the left or using the search box above to get to Amazon is enough to make your session "originate" from here. Once you are on Amazon, you can search and go to a totally different part of the site and TFL should still get credit.
Thank you for your support.
Thanks Floyd and Dstroy
I'll use one of the TFL links to Amazon for all future Amazon purchases.
