Levain Honey Oatmeal Loaf
Great toasting and breakfast bread. Very tender and soft. Converted this from a commercial yeast recipe I have been making.
Breakfast of Champions!
Second Loaf got much better rise, however I should try a larger pan. These are perfect gift size.

weakness for oatmeal
These look dawn good!! I just sigh when I see a loaf with oats on top of it!! I have a weakness for anything oatmeal and have had an oatmeal based loaf on the to do list forever!...I just bought a couple of boxes of Irish Oatmeal today!! The Irish have the best oatmeal... : ))

Thank you for the kind words. I am going to post the recipe/formula soon. This is a very easy bread and it is really a good breakfast bread. I love the oat thing too! I like it toasted with sprinkle of honey and salt.
