Pumpkin waffles


Does anybody have a recipe for pumpkin waffles,  I'd love to find a sourdough waffle recipe that works and pumpkin seems like a nice addition for this time of the year

Here is one that I like! Waffles Sourdough

These came from Northwestsourdough. Really good and freeze well!
1st Bowl mix together

1 Cup of vigorous Starter
1/2 Cup warm water
1/2 Cup milk (I use butter milk)
2 eggs beaten
1 T malt syrup ( I use honey or sorghum)
1/2 stick melted and cooled butter

2nd Bowl Mix
1 1/4 cup All Purpose flour - I use 1/4 cup ww
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Add in a couple of mashed bananas and nuts or you could add in some sweet potatoes or pumpkin.
