My first Cinnamon Roll ( more like a twist) tastes great.

To be honest, after I applied the filling and attempted to roll it, the dough would not cooperate. So as I did my best to roll it, I ended up  twisting the entire roll. I then cut it up into some what 6 equal portions. I placed them on a dual loaf pan ( one I bought  to make french bread) and baked them. Talk about a twist in the preperation. Let me tell you, my wife was the first to taste them and when she bit into them her eyes rolled to the back of her head. Just a tad sweet but worth every bite. I am still at an AWE at how good they came out. Her exact words were, " you need to make these on a daily basis".
