freeze or keep dough refrigerated
I'm new to breadbaking. A quick question - I decided not to bake the white bread I was making yesterday and put it in the refrigerator which I know is ok for overnight. Now I find no time to finish it today so am wondering how long it can stay in the refrigerator and whether I need to go ahead and freeze it.
I've done alot of reading but am still waiting to read and remember, the WHY'S about each step of the process of making basic bread.
