Submitted by TroutEhCuss on November 4, 2008 - 5:49am TroutEhCuss: new account createdI have been deeply engrossed in the Lessons, pages, and links associated with this website. i have used another website also, but this websites lessons was a big plus. I also glossed the internet trying to fill in the blanks, so I could understand the science of bread making better. Yeast was always a big deterrent from trying to bake dough recipes, but I no am using the fast rise yeast to help overcome my internal resistance. My memories of my mother spending hours in a kitchen making bread added to the negative image in my head, but I've come to realize after making a few batches that it was probably my own misconceptions from my youth lingering. It is so easy to make... with the help from the internet! I have enjoyed, along with others, the fruit of my labors! I have made french bread, white sandwich bread, white rolls, garlic herb white bread, and two other failed breads.
