Good enough to eat is right!
Good enough to eat is right! When they were sliced up and made into bruschetta, nobody noticed the imperfections :). The taste was unbelievable, by the way. It was wonderfully cool and moist; not dry at all. I highly recommend it for anyone who hasn't tried.
