Where can I find a bunch of Bread recipes in Bakers Percentages (Everything seems to be listed n volume). I am looking for several Whitebread and Wheatbread recipes. Also what is the recommended dough weight per loaf when using a loaf pan.
Also this is my first post I greatly appreciate everyones input

Hi Thomas, Welcome to TFL! I
Hi Thomas, Welcome to TFL!
I assume you mean online, and I'm not really aware of a major trove of bread recipes in weight/percentage format.
I prefer to measure by weight myself. What I do is I just convert the recipes myself. There are several online tools for converting from volume to weight. The one I use is here. For baker's percentages I usually break out my trusty HP 12C (pocket calculator).

Dough weight
Welcome to TFL Thomas. Dough weight will depend on the size of the pan..check out the link from Dolf
