It came out this month and is called Baking Artisan Bread: 10 Expert Formulas for Baking Better Bread at Home
I am hovering between this one and P.R. BBA. Since I am a real novice, I am a real needie when it comes to clear and user-friendly explanations and quality pictures to help us through. Any feedback would help, tks.
I don't own Hitz' book but BBA is the first book I bought when I started my bread making journey and I 'm glad I had bought it.
It's really good for beginner. The processes, intrutions and recipe are very clear and easy to follow.
