Submitted by Laura on February 28, 2005 - 11:50am New IntroductionGreetings! Although I'm new to this delightful site, I'm certainly not new to creating breads and other baked goods. I bake bread almost every weekend and am especially fond of rye breads, which reflect my Swedish heritage. I love Russian Rye, Pumpernickle, Raisin Rye, Onion Rye, Limpa (Swedish), and New York Rye. Today, however, I'm baking Cheese Herb Bread. I haven't had much experience with Sourdoughs - but will eventually get to it, as I look forward to developing some truly flavorfull loaves! Kindest regards, Laura

Re: New Introduction
I just baked my first rye bread today. See?
It is the round one. I haven't had a chance to taste it yet.
Please share any rye recipes you would particularly recommend.
