It is a plain sandwich bread dough , i made it using bread flour , and i added to it bran, the recipe is not a new one , but i tried to create new designs in shaping , that is all, also for glazing , i used egg wash" egg + 1 tblsmilk + 1/4 tspn of nescafe, that is the new of today baking , if you are interested in the whole recipe , i can share it .
4 cups of bread flour- 1 tbls sugar- 2 tbls milk powder-1 tspn salt 1 or 2 tbls veg.oil-i use a fresh yest walnut size and i added a half cup of bran to enrich the dough , the process is soo simple and ordinary , the same way of sandwich bread.
if you have more questions , i am ready anytime , you are welcome.
This looks like another of your recipes that I would like to try! i am really impressed with your creative shaping... just one question... How much water did you use?
how is you baking??? I wish you happy baking ,dear.
I really forgot yesterday " actually today" cause i slept in the morning, forgot to write the water amount , it is 1 and half cup of water, take from this quantity 1/4 -1/2cup to prepare and solve the yeast with a 1/2 tspn of sugar to feed the yeast ,leave it for a while" in Egypt it does not take time because you know it is a hot weather country in the summer"but it started to cooled off.Anyway , this recipe is the one i use to make sandwich bread 10 years ago , so i trust this recipe , i am encouraging you to make it , it is very nice.
Thank you Richelle for your nice words.Waiting to hear always about you & your baking adventure.
