Hi Kevin,

Welcome to the forum.  Making your own flours!  That's hard core.  If you don't already, you should have a scale and be familiar with hydration ratios.  That's my advice.  I can't think of any more appealing, healthy thing than a loaf of bread, made with care.  Good luck!

I agree with Paul, if you are a miller of your own grain, you have come to the right place. But tell us more about yourself; this thread is the place to do it! Where do you live? What do you like to bake? What particulars brought you to TFL? (For example, I found TFL looking for information about "Wild Yeast".)
