Joe's Potato & Dill Bread Crumb

It was my daughter's I made a Almond Joy Cheesecake first and then
the bread. We went out for dinner and then to the I put the rising dough
in a cool room. When I got home it was huge and nearly filled the cookie sheet!
I had to punch in down and let it rise again. Hence..the line of cornmeal you can faintly
see through the center. Very forgiving dough! Thanks for sharing the recipe Joe!

Glad you liked it!! Based on the giant and rapid rises I got from mine, and you seem to have gotten from yours, I may try reducing the yeast a bit next time.
