Has anyone used a professional Combi Oven to bake artisan loaves? The website for this brand (www.rationalusa.com) says that it's perfect for bread baking, but I am so used to baking in a deck oven this crazy digital touch screen technology scares me.

The oven that does almost everything!
I notice they recommend an empty maximun temp of 180°c I bake at 200°c or more but convection could work at 180°c on breads. Other than that, it looks too good to be true! It even washes itself! (Will ovens replace dishwashers? I rarely wash dishes and bake at the same time.) I notice the adds seem to target large kitchens serving many people at the same time. I would love to test one of these babes!

Alright, I found me an oven!
Yes, it is not as big the ones above but it will work for me. It's convection, it Bakes, it steams it nukes and it can do everything all at once! Can't wait to test it out.
