?Newbie needs help-Pizza Dough Recipe from Breakbakers Apprentice

Hi there,

 

My name is Fiona and I live in Edmonton Alberta. I picked up the Breadbakers Apprentice book at the library a week ago to try before I buy and I made up the Pizza dough recipe last night and its now in my fridge.

 

Though it doesn't look like its risen much, is this to be expected?? Will rise more then I take it out and shape it later today?   I just dont want to mess up tonights dinner:)

in the refrigerator.  If you dough isn't, I would pull it out of the refrigerator 3-4 hours before making the pizza, to let it warm up and rise some.

 That is just my experience,
