Welcome back, Norm!
You were missed!!!
In fact, I just sent a message yesterday wishing we had your comments on a problem with corn bread: gummy crumb when it's sliced the same day it was baked.
I hope your health problems are under control and we'll be seeing a lot more of you on TFL!

It's About Time
Great to see you back Norm. Hoping this will be the only absence for a very, very long time.
I am planning on baking some bialys next week and hope to come close to the Bronx bialys of 60 years ago. Not likely but I will give it a try.

Four Days Ago?!
You came back online four days ago and I missed it? This site is WAY too busy!
I missed your good advice along with everyone else. Just today I referenced one of your tables that I had printed out and posted on my refrigerator. I look forward to plenty more of your words of wisdom.
