Your mixing and baguette shaping instructions are outstanding, especially the videos. Your technique is a pleasure to watch, and your results were inspiring.

I'd love to see more videos on shaping and scoring techniques.

It's funny you should mention a video on scoring. Right after I added the baguette post to the blog, I realized that I didn't really go into any detail on scoring. I'll have to address that (video or pictures) in a future post.
