Just a quick hello to everyone. I'm a newbe not only to the site but to bread making as well. I've made a total of 5 loaves so far! The first was wonderful and I was hooked. Looking forward to learning a lot from all ya'll (that's right Southern born and bred). First thing I need to do is figure out how to post a question cause I do need some help. Maybe someone can point me in the proper direction.
