looking for used spiral mixer
Hi,
Yochanan here, I am in vermont helping some friends get their bakery going . With a new spelt breads bakery./ We are looking for a used spiral mixer or even a german diosna if I could find one.

As odd as it might seem, did you check out eBay? There are some interesting things that can be purchased on this world-wide garage sale. A friend of mine is starting up a research laboratory and purchased used lab equipment (some of which are pretty esoteric) for a fraction of list price from science equipment suppliers. You might be surprised on what is available.
I bet that bakery-quality mixers can be had there (you may need to be careful to check out the sellers by reading up on the feedback on them).
