These panini rolls were delicious sliced open and layered with turkey, cheese, and roasted red peppers. I improvised my own "panini machine" using a cast iron stovetop grill with another small cast iron skillet set on top of the sandwich to flatten it and make the crunchy grill markings that make good panini.
