I fed my white starter this morning, after throwing half of it out, put it on top of the fridge, and by this evening it had pushed the top off the container and was beginning to drip down onto the fridge.  I've never had a starter do that before.  Anyway, I took a cup of it for the primary batter which is sitting and bubbling away in the kitchen, the rest I put back in the fridge, and I'll be making sandwich bread with it tomorrow.  These babies are powerful!
