The Perfect Loaf by Maurizio Leo
Maurizio Leo, well known around TFL for his website theperfectloaf.com has a new cookbook coming out on November 8, 2022. This is the link to his Instagram announcement about his new book.
Given how well thought of he is on TFL I thought some of you might be interested in this information. I’ve already asked my library to purchase the book.
