Need help with making fruit extracts

I am trying to make some apple extract and I am looking for a recipe.

I have made Vanilla, Pineapple, Orange, Lemon, Lime, and Chocolate.

I am looking for recipes for Apple, Banana, Raspberry, and Strawberry.

I think the fresh fruits are the hardest.

I have done all the searches I could online and have found some sites that offer 15 - 18 flavored extracts and nonoe of them are what I need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

But this might work, just skip the sugar syrup part.  I have done many of the other liqueurs  on this site and they come out great.   I imagine you could do apple in the same way as strawberry.  Blend the fruit and soak in alcohol. Strain.

or vacuum drying?  Then pulverize.  :)

Never heard of vacuum drying outside of freeze drying context. What process are you referring to?

Ive found using dried fruits works best for alcohol based extracts, I imagine freeze dried would work even better than traditionally dehydrated, but way more money.
