Hi and Thank you

  I am new to breadmaking and new to this site.  My girlfriend introduced me to the fresh loaf while I have been off work recovering from surgery.  It is a wonderful place and I just love it!  Thanks for everything jamie

Good for you. It only gets better from here and you will sure learn and be inspired by this site. There are so many outstanding bakers here. The photos will make you run to the kitchen.
