Are you selling your Rofco b40 or similar?

I am starting a micro-bakery in Boston, MA. I'm looking to purchase an oven such as the Rofco b40. This oven is currently back-ordered until 2022! If there is anyone out there who would like to sell their used one, I would be happy to purchase it. If you have a similar oven for sale, I would also be interested.  

My space is limited to a 37x37 area. So the oven must fall within these dimensions. 

I am going to bake hearth bread, baguettes, croissants, and other types of sweet bread.
