What extra work don’t you like?

how much are you selling it for and would you ship to your neighbour in qc? ?

Sorry, I changed my mind and I am using it to make whole wheat flour.

I wanted to sell it because I couldn't make 'white' bread from my flour, although I was sifting through #30, then #50 mesh. I still have to figure out how people get white bread from their home-milled flour, but I will keep my mill. It's actually a very powerful mill, although it's the smallest from Komo...

Sorry, and good luck!

No worries! I already ordered my own. I’ve been using a kitchen aid mill which I find takes forever. Can’t wait to try the komo.

To answer your question I don’t think you can get a perfectly white bread when home milling (I’m fairly new at this). If you mill on a corser setting, sift, then pass the flour again through a finer setting you might achieve what you are looking for. Keep in mind you will be removing a lot of the nutrients.

I found this video helpful.
