Serv Ware Planetary 30 quart stand mixer PM30-PTO

I purchases this Serv Ware Planetary 30 quart mixer at a restaurant auction in Charlotte (where I live) and now my family is relocating to DC. I can't bring this gigantic machine with me, and am looking to find it a new home. It has some wear and tear (see photos) but operates! Bowl/attachments included.
