Just been lurching like the last person and wanted to join! I posted a pic of my first sourdough loaf up and asked for some feedback. I love to bake bread, almost cathardic, (unless is falls flat and taste terrible) then I am more tense than I started. I love to try new recipes and cook period. Thanks for allowing me to be here and taking something from all of you!
