Hello!  My name is Jennifer and I love cooking.  I am just getting into bread baking...I baked my first loaf with my grandmother when I was about 10 years old...Now I am in my late 30's and baking bread brings back great memories from childhood!  I have a bread machine...and have experimented with it quite a bit.  Now I am longing to bake bread without the machine...I would love to learn to make some great whole grain breads...so I am checking out your forum for suggestions...and I will probably have some questions/comments from time to time.  I look forward to some great discussions!  I think I am going to invest in the Bread Bakers Apprentice book...
