Hello.

Hello I want to learn more about baking my own bread, especially Sourdough... Other then Jiffy's Cornbread mix and Whole Wheat Muffins I did one time in the early 90's, I haven't done this...

Would you like book recommendations?  Do you read Kindle ebooks?

Or would you like Youtube bread-baking channel recommendations?

All of them... I do own a Kindle...

Get this: https://www.amazon.com/Sourdough-School-ground-breaking-making-gut-friendly-ebook/dp/B07BPV28CC?tag=froglallabout-20

On sale for 99 cents. But get it by Sunday evening. Because the sale will be over sunday night.  Can't go wrong for only $.99.

Most Kindle edition bread cookbooks go on sale between 2 and 4 times a year, for ridiculously low prices.

That said, I concur with pmccool about the "Lessons" section on TFL being a good place to start.

See if you like these:

Sourdough Journey channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvFd727zQvioesPXe3eKkfg

Northwest Sourdough, with Teresa Greenway: https://www.youtube.com/c/NorthwestSourdoughBaker/videos

or by playlist: https://www.youtube.com/c/NorthwestSourdoughBaker/playlists

Greenway has a pay course at udemy.com which is highly rated. Costs around $24. See link on her youtube channel.

She also has a series of bread ebooks on Amazon,  very reasonably priced,  broken down into sections. Only $2.99 or so. So you can try out the first one cheaply.

If you need more, go to my "Various links" page, http://www.thefreshloaf.com/node/62101/various-links

and scroll down to the "Videos" section. I don't have them sorted yet, but starting with "Back with Jack" onward, they are mostly beginner level.

To help you learn, please click on the Lessons link at the top of the page.  Those will give you a good launch pad for exploring bread baking.
