I apologize if this has been posted here before, but I saw this today and thought I'd share it. The outdoor setting is so green, and I loved the oven.

Thank you for your post with the terrific link. I have, for the past few weeks, been trying to get back into serous sourdough baking after a long time away from it and really want to understand the various steps involved in the process. This will be a great help in making sourdough bread and really understanding what is happening, rather than just following the steps in a recipe. The photos accompanying the instructions are a great help. It is greatly appreciated.
