Silicone pans
I was reading and viewing a recipe for Popovers using a silicone pan. The Popovers were beautiful. Would you recommend these pans? And how about the silicone loaf pans, etc.?

The popover recipe here? Yeah, I got that pan as a gift. I was sceptical, but I've been pleased with everything I've baked in them.
I haven't tried the bread pans.

Thanks for the info on the silicone pans. I just was seeing your eclairs and although I've been working on my sourdough, I think I'll take a break and try them. I've certainly been enjoying everyones ideas, recipes and questions. My husband is thrilled I found this site! I'm baking more than ever....and loving every minute of it!!!
