i am working on a apple challah from 'a blessing of bread' maggie glezer. did her pumpkin challah, it was great. when i decided to double the recipe, forgot to double honey and oil, so while edible, wasn't spectacular. i think i'll stick to a single recipe this time. very nice braids!
