Pam, practice practice and enjoy the results. If you want EXACT results every time, follow the scientfic formulas where you would weigh everything. If you are adventuresome, then measure and be really close but not necessarily EXACT to the ingredients. Ironically although you may have some stones vs. bread, you will also find that there are some really tasty results.
I had some leftover bread and sliced it up into square breadsticks. I sprayed olive oil and some herbs on them, baked them really slow and my husband fell in love all over again. (Stones reborn) =^.^=
