I used the basic no-knead recipe from www.artisanbreadinfive.com for the crust, and topped it with caramelized onions and mushrooms.

I've always been a bit afraid of making my own pizza from scratch but this dough was pretty easy to work with, and I was pleased with how it turned out. My next pizza project will probably be the tomato + basil + mozzarella combo. Yum!
