Long time baking, new forum member

Hi! I'm Lorin - vegan, mother of 6 adults (4 still at home), university professor, and blogger when I feel like it.

I've been baking since I was in my early teens, including plenty of bread. With more time at home due to CoViD-19, I started another sourdough starter and am trying some new things.
