Hello from Lincoln Culinary Institute, Columbia Maryland

Hello,

I wanted to introduce myself ... Chef Robert "Sweet" from Lincoln Culinary Institute, Columbia Maryland.  I would like to say how much I have admired so many of you amazing bakers within this community, who continue to creating breads that have been inspiring me for years.

I am here today, to ask y'all to welcome the first class of Lincoln Culinary Institute's (Columbia, Maryland) International Baking and Pastry Arts Program.  The class that starts this week via distance learning is Artisan Breads and Viennoiserie.  I have given my class a three part Day One Assignment for this coming week.

Part One: Create a New TFL account.

Part Two:  Print/download TFL Handbook.  Learn/study this truly well-done document for future discussion, as well as future assessments.

Part Three:  Post a Howdy .... in the TFL "Introduction" forum.

I like to thank all of you in advance for welcoming our next generation of bakers to the TFL community .

Best Baking Always,

Robert

First off, I would think your students would be most welcome here.  That has been my experience , and I am new, here, too.

Secondly, and selfishly, will you be making a link available to any of your lectures?

I ways told to say howdy, so I shall say it; “howdy”. And in the words of my favorite trash gremlin, I pledge that I’ll be number one.
