Greetings from Washington State!

Hello All,

Luckily, I've found this site precluding my first attempt at baking something besides a batch of muffins ( which I must say turned out pretty OK ). Baking has always presented itself as more regimented than other cookery, which in the past, made me a little nervous. You only live once though, so I have taken the plunge down the rabbit hole that is bread making. With all the time us Washingtonians have since the outbreak, what better way to enjoy than spreading your culinary wings. I have already learned so much browsing the forums, thanks to all.
