New to bread making & hoping to learn learn learn

Great site!

I have been reading many of the post & am in awe of some of the amazing loafs folks on here are making, I am a total novice when it comes to bread making, I do really enjoy cooking but bread is one of those things I had just never got myself round to, being short of stocks & equipment I am trying to make the best of what I have at hand during these troubled times & provide some basic breads for the family.

I have stared off my own wild yeast & am experimenting with that as well as the more regular dried yeast & have made a couple of basic loafs so far including a no kneed sour dough.

I hope to learn a lot as I go & keep improving my meagre skills with the help of the forum & it's members.
